Hi, I'm Morgan! I was born and raised in Louisiana, and for as long as I can remember, I've been captivated by the interior environments we inhabit and their effects on how we live and perceive the world around us. These interests led me to start my career in interior architecture, focusing on the form and space planning of commercial interior spaces. After earning my Bachelor of Interior Design from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, I transitioned to scenic design for theater and film.
Although these two design professions have different objectives, my approach to each project remains consistent. I believe in a collaborative process that takes elements and forms from our familiar world to help tell a story. Through my work, I create distinct, immersive experiences for audiences that fully engross theatergoers in the story being told. I hold my MFA in Theatre with a concentration in Scenic Design from the University of Arkansas.
Currently, I offer freelance design assistance by providing hourly services for drafting construction documents, creating digital renderings, furniture selection, and custom stationery and cards.
